I organize and develop process models and ensure that standards and recent paradigms (such as project agility) align with all relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My know-how in process improvement is based on many years of professional experience. A pragmatic approach and a reliable judgment of feasibility regarding all process improvement measures are one of my core strengths. I offer a thorough knowledge of issues related to essential areas like change management, agile models, V-model, and conventional project management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My competence is backed by my solid knowledge of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ISO\/IEC_15504\">Automotive SPICE<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Capability_Maturity_Model_Integration\">CMMI <\/a>(Capability Maturity Model Integration), and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmi.org\/pmbok-guide-standards\">PMBoK<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You benefit from my pragmatic and goal-oriented approach. You receive comprehensive services: process quality assessment, action plan preparation, and project assistance services \u2013 to name a few examples. Therefore, the Automotive SPICE <em>assessment management<\/em> is at the core of my offering. My task is to ensure proper process preparation, selection, and support of lead assessors and assist the assessment sessions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Few things in my professional life can match the event of a successful Automotive spice assessment!
